If you book an intake call, Michelle may be your first point of contact. As one of our longest-standing clinic assistants, Michelle has been described as providing a very warm and welcoming approach in her phone calls. This comes from experience working in multiple mental health settings.
Michelle is completing her undergraduate degree in honours psychology program at York University. Following graduation, she plans on pursuing her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology, and as such, she complements her undergraduate studies with additional work experience by providing administrative support in various mental health settings that include hospital and private practice. Working in these settings has allowed her to diversify her knowledge of different psychotherapy approaches. She is also actively involved in psychology research labs, providing assistance with collecting, organizing and analyzing data.
Michelle is fluent in English and Russian.
